Begin2Bfit offers wellness coaching, nutrition guidance, fitness planning, and related educational content. Our services are intended for general wellness purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Health Disclaimer

Always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition. Begin2Bfit does not provide medical advice. Results may vary from person to person.

4. Complimentary Consultation

The complimentary consultation is a one-time, 30-minute session offered free of charge to new clients. This session is designed to assess your goals and determine whether our services are a good fit for you. It does not constitute the commencement of a coaching relationship.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • All paid services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session fee.
  • Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of a concern.
  • Package sessions are non-refundable once commenced, unless stated otherwise in writing.

6. Privacy and Personal Information

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide — including your name, email, phone number, and health details — will be used solely to deliver our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. By submitting a form on this website, you consent to us contacting you in relation to your enquiry.
